CUMMINS INJECTOR CALIBRATOR Cummins Injector Calibrator (Precision 777) MODEL 'PRECISION 777' 'PRECISION 777' Injector Test Stand is designed and built to provide extremely accurate and rapid testing to all P.T. Cummins unit injectors. It is a service market machine manufactured under strict international norms. Salient Features:- 1. Independent motor (1 H.P.) for cam box operation. Independent motor (1 H.P.) for Fuel Supply & Injector Hydraulic Clamp. Two separate Gear Pumps for Fuel supply & Hydraulic clamp driven by one motor. Direct read out in calibrated Test Tube Cap.. 0-150 cc with 1 cc least count. Twin cam with rapid change over. Quick Hydraulic clamp operated by independent gear pump. Heavy-duty cam box with Taper roller bearing which withstand vertical load of cam & Injectors. CUMMINS PT PUMP TEST STAND MODEL 'PRECISION 555' The 'PRECISION 555' permits the testing of all Cummins P.T. Pumps. The 'PRECISION 555, 222' also incorporates features that enable A.F.C. pumps and pumps fitted with aneroid valves to be tested. To comply with the latest standards, the flowmeters are calibrated to suit the most recent Cummins test oil specifications. Features:- Continuous Reading Flow Meter -MT. Dual Speed motor (5 H.P.) Tefc, Squirell cage, Foot mounted, 415 Volt, 50 Cycles. Test all types of Cummins PT Pumps-MT. Infinitely variable speed range of 150 to 4500 R.P.M. Supplied to test pumps fitted with A.F.C. and aneroid valves MT. Dual scale main flow meter or two separate flow meters (Range 100 to 600 Ih/hr) MT. Digital Tachometer. SALIENT FEATURES OF NTM 400 :- The Nozzle Tester consists of:- Single cylinder pump fitted with original MICO parts, hand lever fitted on a rigid base. 150mm (6 inches) dia heavy duty pressure gauge ½ " BSP bottom Connection (0-400 kg/cm², least count as per new international standard (Bosch Standard). Shut off value to isolate the pressure gauge while operating hand lever at high speed Sheet metal fuel oil container with MICO filter.
